    AMC Theatres in Kanata and Whitby Offer $1 Movies on Wednesday Mornings

    AMC Theatres is running an awesome Summer MovieCamp on Wednesdays at 10 AM from June 17-August 5. Each week they'll play a movie and admission (for kids and adults alike) is just $1. Unfortunately it's only at two Canadian AMC locations, one in Whitby and one in Kanata. So if you're in either of those cities it's a great deal! If not, here's hoping they expand the promo to more locations next year.
    • June 17: Space Chimps
    • June 24: Kung Fu Panda
    • July 1: Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa
    • July 8: Tale of Despereaux
    • July 15: Horton Hears a Who
    • July 22: The Spiderwick Chronicles
    • July 29: Nim's Island
    • August 5: Star Wars: The Clone Wars
    We see a lot of movies that have been out for a while, but when summer is in full swing and the kids are bored, getting out of the house and into the theatre for $1 per person will most likely feel like a godsend!

    $1 can not even cover the cost.
